ServMedica is a prepaid telemedicine service. It does not replace travel insurance or cover hospitalization costs.
If your physician orders lab tests, X-rays, or other diagnostics, those are paid separately at local facilities.
Our physicians cannot prescribe controlled substances (opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants) via telemedicine.
Ongoing management of diabetes, heart disease, or other chronic conditions requires in-person care.
If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any condition you believe is life-threatening — go directly to the nearest emergency room.
